Canadian Flexi Drills Corp. does not give any warranty on its products except the following: Canadian Flexi Drills warrants to original equipment: manufacturers,distributors,industrial and commercial users. Each new product manufactured or supplied by Canadian Flexi Drills shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.

The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any Canadian Flexi Drills Corp. product which has been subjected to misuse, improper operating conditions or application, or which has been repaired or altered if such repair or alteration in the judgment of Canadian Flexi Drills would adversely affect the performance of the product.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

Canadian Flexi Drills sole liability on any claim of any kind, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the manufacture, sale, delivery, or use of the products sold here under shall in no case exceed the cost of replacement as provided herein. In no event shall Canadian Flexi Drills be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, made by Canadian Flexi Drills Corp. except the warranty against defect in material and workmanship set forth above. Canadian Flexi Drills Corp. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it any other obligations or liability in connection with its products.

GUARANTEE

Canadian Flexi Drills Corp. warrants its product to be free from manufacturing defects. It must be understood that drills do wear out and break through misuse. Canadian Flexi Drills Corp. will replace any drill found defective with a new drill. Defective drills must be returned to the factory prepaid for evaluation. Replacement drills will be sent prepaid to our customer.
